The Manawatu Motel Association Incorporated offer a full range of accommodation from Budget to Executive style suites with facilities to suit everyone.

Members of the MMA are dedicated in offering you a service bound by a "code of ethics". This makes us accountable; ensuring you receive an appropriate standard in your chosen accommodation type; with courteous and honest service. The MMA has a combination of over 40 Motels, Motor Lodges and Hotels in the region which include Palmerston North and Feilding.

Our main intent is to work co-operatively amongst members to ensure your accommodation needs are met.

We as members are committed and accountable for the service we offer and take a great pride in belonging to this locally respected network. Members of the Manawatu Motel Association Incorporated acknowledge that they are aware of this Code and support it as an operator of the MMA. Each member shall:

Serve all customers in a courteous, friendly, prompt and honest manner.
Keep and maintain their premises in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition and repair, in line with occupational safety and health standards and local body requirements.
Not discriminate against customers on the grounds of sex, marital status, religious belief, ethical belief, colour, race, ethnic or national groups, disability, age, political opinion, employment status, family status or sexual orientation.
Advertise accurately, truthfully and so as not to mislead or deceive.
Observe all relevant laws and regulations.
Be a good employer; observe all laws, contracts and awards; give proper training and instruction; provide adequate healthy working conditions, equipment and facilities and supervise standards of safety and work practices.
Price goods and services fairly and unambiguously in New Zealand dollars.
Maintain high standards and fair practices in all business transactions.
